Cancellation Policy Update

To cancel an appointment, you must call us by phone on a business day (Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays). Text messages and emails are not accepted for cancellations.

If we are unavailable when you call, you may leave a voicemail with your full name, appointment date, and time, and the cancellation will be honored as long as the message is received during business hours.
